Introduction
We offer Bed and Breakfast accommodation in a grade two listed building which forms part of Weymouth's seafront and this affords us seven steps to gain entry to our foyer. We can accommodate the less mobile in two ground floor bedrooms one being a double and the other a twin/single.
Pre-Arrival
We can be contacted by telephone, fax, e-mail and personal visit to book rooms or request information. We are able to give advise on style of bedroom required, along with car parking and public transport information. We will also aid with walking distances, luggage storage and any other issues.
Arrival & Car Parking
We have very limited on site car parking, which if used will require the user to make it up twelve stairs to our ground floor room, or they may walk around to the front of the guest house on level paving which would take a few minutes. Other parking is offered around the nearby streets with a free permit or locally in pay and display car parks.

Public Toilet
We have one public toilet, which is situated eight stairs up from the reception.
Dining Room
Our dining room is on the lower ground floor; this involves the use of sixteen stairs down from our reception. There are grab rails on both sides. We can help the visually sighted with their choices. We will also on request provide Breakfast in our lounge or bedroom at an agreed time.
